Boone County Genealogical Society ProductsWith a number of genealogists available to search through local information, the Boone County Genealogical Society is in a prime position to create guides and other resources for people doing genealogy in the Boone County Area. As a result, this page is to let you know what we have available, and how you can get a copy for yourself. Marriage Records of Boone CountyWhen Boone County was formed in 1869, its functions included keeping records of local marriages. It continued in this role until 1916, when the State of Arkansas began recording marriages for the entire state. During this period of forty seven years, over seven thousand marriages were recorded. Now, we offer a guide to all of these marriages. To obtain your copy, fill out the form and mail it to the address printed on it, along with your payment. You can rest assured that not only will you be receiving a valuable resource for your own use, you will be helping the Society continue its work of developing more resources for all genealogists interested in our area. |
